Sargies Cornish Kitchen was born in May 2007, the name – as often asked– is simply a family nick name shortened from Sargent, not much of a story we know but its stuck and so we went on to use it. The business is simple, we are local, friendly and approachable people providing high quality products, using locally sourced (as possible) produce. Products are made by the family chef, Dave Sargent, who qualified from Cornwall College in 1997 and continued to work in restaurants throughout Devon and Cornwall until his dream come alive and with the help and support of his wife, Kirsty, Sargies was created.. Look out for our forthcoming range of pasta sauces, fresh cooking sauces, pestos, infused oils and gourmet meals!
